Sunday post-yoga/cardio dinner

After stocking up on groceries at Trader Joe's - in lieu of cooking/prepping
dinner, decided on a nutrient replenishing smoothie:
-8 oz Rice milk
-1/2 cup frozen blueberries
-1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
-1/2 banana
-2 teaspoons of TJ organic peanut butter
-1 Tablespoon of TJ Greek-style yogurt (2%)
-1 Tablespoon of Barleans flax seeds
Blend until smooth -- and voila! Dinner is served!
