A rainy Wednesday evening -- enjoying a "late" dinner of wine & five cheeses at Think Coffee (aka Think Wine & Beer after 6pm).
This fair trade organic coffee shop is usually crammed with NYU-students -- but tonight I get to sit by the A/C outlets - log in, and enjoy an assortment of hard, blue & stinky cheeses. Also tried a new red wine from the southern part of France (got to get the name!).
